Bill Gagnier is an experienced Business Operations and Program Management professional with over 20 years of business management and manufacturing experience with verifiable successes working with small to large size organizations in support of both domestic and international operations.

Prior to joining Whitehall Group, Mr. Gagnier has held increasingly responsible positions at several tier one automotive suppliers where he developed a high level of business acumen for product development, product validation, product launch, business processes, ERP- PDM- PLM systems, IT/IS migrations and implementations.

He has also worked for and represented several engineering research and development companies assisting with the definition and implementation of new product development processes, standard operating procedures and IT/IS strategies focused on increasing enterprise efficiencies from R & D to commercialization.

Mr. Gagnier’s background and experience spans multiple industries, including plastics, ceramics, food processing, engineering services, marine and specialty vehicle development and production.

Mr. Gagnier holds a B.S. and M.S. in Administration from Central Michigan University.
