Bill has over 40 years experience in the automotive and defense industries working for OEM and tier I supply companies. With a keen focus on quality assurance, customer satisfaction, manufacturing, and product launch in a variety of environments. Bill was responsible for total quality system design and implementation for a tier–one greenfield manufacturing project. Bill led productivity improvements for a major defense contractor achieving over $300 million in savings and securing a multi–year contract with the U.S. Army. A strong mentor and coach in team–based environments.
