Bill Rennick is an experienced operation executive with over 35 years of business turn-around, technology transfer, and product and process launches in the aerospace, automotive, commercial and military supply base. He has developed a rich mix of general management, engineering and lean management skills with suppliers in the plating, painting, molding and assembly businesses.

Bill is currently engaged as Director of Production Planning, with responsibility for Sales and Operations Planning, for Constar, Inc, a $500MM manufacturing company, working with a team on restructuring the company. Bill has also been a client of the Whitehall Group, implementing the tools and metrics of Enterprise Operation Excellence to improve operations at PPI Aerospace, Continental and Venture Industries.

Bill served as EVP/COO at PPI Aerospace, a Michigan supplier of plating and other surface treatments to the aerospace, military and defense markets. In this role, Bill was responsible for significant operational improvements, and led the company to acquire a new quality certification for Flight Safety Repair, NADCAP approval, and new customers. Over a 24 month period, Bill positioned the business for a successful sale at the owner’s request.

Bill also served as EVP/COO at Continental Plastics, a major supplier of injection molded interior components to the automotive market, where he launched several major programs for automotive customers. Previously, Bill served as President of the Composite Business Unit of Venture Industries. In this role, he managed multiple plants supplying automotive and agricultural markets with structural and “Class A” products.

Bill holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Trine University (formerly Tri-State University), and an MBA from Kent State University.
