Dave Rider is a seasoned executive with over 40 years experience in manufacturing and construction environments, primarily in the private sector. Competencies include financial and operational restructuring, strategic planning, and overall management of the financial function.

At Whitehall, Mr. Rider has advised a number of clients, including a $26 million plastic injection molder, a $30 million wire harness manufacturer, a $15 million metal stamping manufacturer, and a $40 million mechanical contractor, among other industries.

Prior to joining Whitehall Mr. Rider held roles as the Senior Vice President of the largest privately owned mortgage company in the U.S., and President of a $46 million construction company with offices in 7 states. He also formed his own consulting firm assisting companies with start up procedures, and companies in transition which he ran for over 20 years.

Mr. Rider holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University, and is a CPA having been with Deloitte Touche for a number of years. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Michigan Association of CPAs, and was Director, Treasurer and President of a local private country club. He currently serves on the finance committee of St. Regis Catholic Church in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
