George Kralovich is an experienced executive with 45 years at General Motors and Delphi Corporation. Since his retirement in 2004, he has served as an industry consultant. In 2006 he became the 36th person elected to the global Packard Electric Excellence Hall of Fame.

During his 45 years with General Motors and Delphi, Mr. Kralovich held leadership roles in manufacturing, engineering and sales/marketing. In manufacturing, in addition to being a Plant Manager, he led the successful building, staffing, and start up of a totally new concept manufacturing facility. His engineering roles managing both component design and application engineering led to numerous awards and innovative ideas that became industry standards. That creative approach continued to show in his most recent position as Director Global Sales & Marketing for Delphi Packard Electric. Mr. Kralovich managed teams in North America, South America, Europe and Asia Pacific to record growth in both automotive and non-automotive arenas.

Mr. Kralovich holds BS and MBA degrees, with highest distinction, from the University of Cincinnati. He has served as an adjunct professor at Oakland University, Oakland Community College, Kent State University, Youngstown State University and the University of Cincinnati. He has also served various civic organizations with leadership roles as President—Local Board of Education, PTA, Jaycees, Youth Sports Association, American Heart Association, Inroads and Detroit Chapter University of Cincinnati Alumni.
