Gregory Bryen, Jr has 10 years of experience in the automotive, manufacturing, and financial service industries. His expertise includes assisting clients with turnaround / restructuring, liquidation, operational improvement, financial modeling, and budgeting.
At Whitehall, Greg has advised a variety of clients, including a $50M automotive electronic components manufacturer, a $22M solid waste collection/disposal business, a small custom machining manufacturer, and a $26M automotive plastic injection molding manufacturer.
Prior to joining Whitehall Group, Mr. Bryen was a Manager at Siegfried Group, serving Dana Corporation in Sarbanes Oxley and Bankruptcy initiatives. Previous responsibilities included serving as a consultant at O’Keefe and Associates, where Mr. Bryen focused on both turnaround management and business valuation assignments. Turnaround assignments entailed preparation of detailed financial projections while focusing upon reorganization, negotiations with customers, lenders, suppliers and strategic partners, which allowed for continuation of the enterprise while improvement or liquidation plans were developed and executed. Business valuation assignments included preparation of business valuations and financial models for use in litigation and expert testimony.
Mr. Bryen is a CPA and holds an MBA with High Distinction from the Oakland University, and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Oakland University. He is certified through NACVA as a Certified Valuation Analyst, and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Risk Management Association.
