Jim Diebolt has several years experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. His expertise includes assisting clients with turnaround / restructuring, operational improvement, cost accounting, process and material flow, plant scheduling, financial projections, operating system analysis and data mining.

At Whitehall, Jim has consulted a variety of clients, including a $35M appliance plastic injection molding manufacturer, a $50M chrome plater and injection molder, a $15M roll mill and metal stamper, and a $140M automotive thermal and acoustic products manufacturer.

Prior to joining Whitehall Group, Jim worked as an auditor for Doeren Mayhew and two years as a staff accountant at Diebolt & Associates, PC.

Jim holds a BS in Financial Accounting and Controllership with Distinction from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He was Vice President and Gold member of the U of M-Dearborn chapter of Beta Alpha Psi professional society.
