Mr. Giglio has more than fourteen years of professional experience, primarily in the automotive industry. He specializes in providing services to clients in manufacturing sectors by leveraging his proficiency in lean manufacturing, utilizing his expertise in process engineering, operations improvement, plant layout development, construction/installation coordination and launch support.

At Whitehall, Joe has worked with clients in different capacities in various manufacturing sectors. He has held interim positions at clients including Project Manager, Manufacturing Manager/Coordinator and has also assumed temporary liaison positions during other crisis management engagements.

Prior to joining Whitehall, Mr. Giglio worked for a Global Automotive Tier 1 in the Business Development group and successfully launched a new $20M+ powertrain final assembly system. He was also a Project Manager at an engineering consulting firm specializing in program management and manufacturing engineering services. He has actively been a part of multiple major vehicle launches for the "Detroit 3" and AM General, while controlling and managing activities from project planning, simultaneous engineering, installation, testing, start-up and steady-state vehicle production.

Mr. Giglio holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration Degree. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Society for Quality.
