- A potential assignment begins with an assessment by Whitehall Group management – without cost. Before accepting an assignment, Whitehall Group meets with the Board of Directors, and if possible, with management to evaluate the situation. Whitehall Group generally is retained by the client’s Board of Directors and an engagement letter is signed. Fees are on a retainer basis; the engagement can be canceled by either party at any time.
- Personnel within the client company are fully utilized, and participate in any change process. A team approach combines the knowledge and capabilities of existing personnel with the objectivity and experience of the management firm.
