Joined Step3 Consulting in 1998 after a successful law career as a partner with Gambrell & Stolz, LLP in Atlanta, focusing on trial practice and complex business litigation.

9 years consulting experience including management of new business development and liaison between field operations and executive client management for such clients as International Paper, Arvin Meritor, Detroit Diesel, Carrier Corporation, SPX, Sonoco Products, True Temper Sports, and Citation Corporation.

Since 1998, has held various executive management positions in the company. Promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and to President in 2006. Responsible for Sales, Operations and Administration.

Experience includes broad knowledge of operational management tools including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma driven initiatives.
