Sebastian (Seb) Coppola has over 25 years of domestic and international experience, developing and implementing business and financial strategies in rapidly changing and growing middle-market and large companies, including energy, manufacturing, information technology and construction. His expertise includes strategic planning, finance and business restructuring.

In addition to leading the consulting practice at Corporate Analytics, Seb gained served in senior financial management and advisory roles at Michigan Consolidated Gas Company, MCN Energy Group, Inc., SEMCO Energy and JC Jones & Associates, a management consulting firm.

Seb has experience in the both restructuring divestitures of various non-core operations. He has accumulated intricate knowledge of accounting and planning systems, internal control systems, treasury, cash management, capital markets, financing alternatives, risk management, investor relations and management of relationships with investment firms and rating agencies.

Seb earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his M.B.A. in finance from Wayne State University. He is an active member of TMA, ACG, FEI and other professional organizations.
