As I continue to lead The Whitehall Group, I’ve been reflecting on my professional journey and the experience I have brought to every engagement over the last 35 plus years.
My goal in sharing this is to highlight the perspective and value I strive to offer to organizations as a potential Board Member, Advisor, or Mentor to help your organization navigate growth, change, or transition.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to improving top-line growth, profitability, and guiding companies through transitions or challenging situations. I began in the food service industry, managing national accounts and purchasing, then moved into medical products, including capital goods manufacturing, medical devices, and disposable products, overseeing national distribution management. Later, I worked in a global tier-1 automotive manufacturing and beverage bottle production before founding The Whitehall Group.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on manufacturing and distribution management in highly engineered, complex assembly and consumer goods operations. For the past 37 years, I’ve run my own firm, The Whitehall Group, while serving as a full-time W-2 President, General Manager, and Chief Restructuring Officer to over 14 companies ranging from $5M to over $2B in sales, with assignments lasting from 1–4 years. Along the way, I’ve earned multiple national awards for my successful work and believe I bring extensive experience and value to companies navigating today’s unstable market conditions.
Currently, I am focusing more on serving as a Board Member, Advisor or Mentor, advising and contributing to companies in whatever capacity is needed. On most of my assignments, I’ve served on boards for privately held businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions and want to take those successful experiences to help others.
